Scotts tenure includes management and executive roles at Ernst & Young LLP, Morgan Stanley, CoreStates and myCIO Wealth Partners. Most recently, Scott chose to provide his clients with unencumbered, objective and independent financial advice by founding Junto Wealth Management. Scott is a key member of the Almanack planning committee.

Scott resides in Narberth, PA with his wife, son and daughters.

An alumnus of Louisiana Tech University, Dustin spearheads new client development. Prior to joining Peters Wealth Advisors, Dustin served in a business development and sales role with the Guidant Corporation and Boston Scientific. Prior to joining Guidant, Dustin served in multiple administrative roles in the Hospital Industry. In 2009, Dustin was appointed by Governor Bobby Jindal to the Louisiana Professional Counselors Board of Examiners. Dustin also serves on the Governor’s Prayer Breakfast Steering Committee, the Pennington Biomedical Annual Fund for Excellence, as President of the Heritage Estates HOA, and coaches youth sports through the YMCA. Dustin and his wife Patti, along with their three children, attend The Chapel in the Oaks.


Seth E. Bittner, RICP®

Seth helps families and business owners simplify complicated financial matters using his educational background and nearly 15 years of experience advising his clients in the areas of Wealth Accumulation and Risk Mitigation. This includes guiding clients through all phases of retirement accumulation and distribution, as well as estate planning and legacy strategies so that wealth can be passed on to future generations in an efficient and effective manner. For business owners, Seth helps with business continuation, buy/sell agreements, group benefits, retirement and executive bonus plans.

Seth began his career as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual and spent 10 years as a Senior Advisor for Hornor, Townsend & Kent/1847 Financial.

Seth resides in Elverson, Pennsylvania with his wife and daughter. They enjoy golfing, fishing and anything that takes them outdoors. He is active in his local philanthropic communities. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Philadelphia University and is Series 6,7,63, 65 and Life, Accident and Health insurance licensed.


Michael McConahy

Senior ADVISER, Front Street Financial

Mike is a Financial Advisor at Front Street Financial. His responsibilities include coordinating the financial affairs of families with the other trusted advisors, helping families manage risk and create income based on current and future needs, and helping pass wealth on to the next generation. Mike can also help families from a planned giving standpoint through foundations and trusts.

After graduating from Frostburg State University with a degree in mathematics and minor in actuarial science, Mike entered the financial services field in 1997. He worked for a number of years as an actuarial analyst with consulting firms such as Mercer and Aon. He started his career as a financial advisor in 2008 at Wachovia Securities, which became Wells Fargo Advisors. Mike holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor professional designation awarded by the College for Financial Planning.

Mike lives in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania with his wife Lindsey and their two children, Grace and Colin. He is a member of the Mechanicsburg Rotary Club and volunteers at the Bethesda Mission Youth Center.


Rick Eglington

Mr. Eglington’s educational background includes the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation. A Pennsylvania State University undergraduate, in 1998 he completed the Masters of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) degree from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

In 1993 he affiliated with a center city Philadelphia Employee Benefits Firm. The organization developed employee benefit packages for small businesses. The firm operated as a third party administrator for Retirement Plans such as Pensions and 401(k) plans. The company also engaged in a substantial amount of personal retirement consulting which included estate and income planning as well as investment work for business owners who were retired or planning for retirement.

Jeff Wrabel

Jeff Wrabel has been in the Financial Services industry for almost 25 years. Through various roles over the years, Jeff has honed his craft in working with high net worth clientele, their attorneys and accountants, in implementing advanced estate and tax planning concepts, involving both insurance and investment products. He began an independent career as an insurance and investment specialist with Front Street Financial, concentrating on family business and estate planning, retirement income planning, and general investment management.

Jeff holds a BA in Business Administration from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland with a focus on Finance and Economics. He holds his Series 6, 63 and 65 licenses. Jeff lives in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with his wife and their three children.

Dania brings over 20 years of experience assisting clients in accumulating and protecting wealth. Over the course of her career, Dania has worked with several national and regional investment firms and has gained a broad understanding of successful financial planning. This diverse background and experience provides Dania with a thorough understanding of the capital markets along with a unique perspective on wealth management. Dania is a New Orleans native and has lived in Baton Rouge since 2001 with her husband, Jeff, and daughter, Savannah. Dania is actively involved with The Chapel in the Oaks church, The Dunham School, and Kids Hope USA, a mentoring program with Wildwood School.
